Southern California Car: First owner lived in San Diego, Ca., with 11,000 miles when sold to second owner in September 2013. I purchased the car in June 2014 with 15,600 miles in the San Francisco Bay area. It has been an excellent vehicle and runs great. Very smooth ride and handling. It has a timeless look and appeal. I receive compliments every place I take it. These cars have a rubberized coating applied to parts of the dash and center consul. This coating was color matched to the seat inserts. Over time, this coating peals to reveal the black leather underneath. The paint on this 20 year old car is beautiful. However, there are several millimeter size chips to the paint on the front. There is a dime size dent on the rear passenger fender. The engine compartment is clean and everything is easily accessible. These models are easy to work on yourself, as the engine compartment predates all the plastic panels covering the engine found on the later releases and does not have all the complicated electronics and software found on those later models as well.
